- Solid conceptual knowledge of AI and machine learning

- Good understanding of IT Due Diligence, value creation planning, and technology's role in investment decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, focus on measurable business value
- Ability to simplify complex technology topics and explain business impact
- Strong problem-solver, ability to structure ambiguous situations, adapt to changing needs
- Collaborative, confident in stakeholder interactions, comfortable in cross-functional and international teams
