As a subject matter expert, you will lead the company's data privacy and AI compliance efforts while providing senior legal guidance on AML and fraud prevention to ensure a robust, audit-ready environment.

Anforderungen

• •German law degree, Bachelor/Master’s, or comparable qualification
• •Education or certification in German data protection law
• •Privacy certifications or additional compliance-related credentials
• •Senior-level experience in GDPR or data protection
• •Expertise in GDPR and German data protection law
• •Understanding of TOMs and AI/ML compliance nuances
• •Experience or understanding of Corporate Compliance frameworks
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Advise on GDPR and German data protection law
• •Lead the EU AI Act compliance framework
• •Oversee ethical risks in AI implementation
• •Draft and negotiate complex data protection agreements
• •Manage AML and fraud detection strategies
• •Implement anti-bribery policies and internal controls
• •Lead investigations into personal data breaches
• •Manage complex Data Subject Access Requests
• •Execute compliance risk assessments for vendors
• •Coordinate with supervisory authorities and the DPO
• •Maintain the Record of Processing Activities
• •Prepare internal regulatory and compliance reports
• •Design advanced compliance training for stakeholders
• •Mentor junior legal and compliance team members
