- Recognized privacy certifications or compliance-related credentials
- Senior-level experience in GDPR or data protection
- Expertise in GDPR and German data protection law
- Understanding of TOMs and AI/ML compliance
- Experience or understanding of Corporate Compliance frameworks
- Fluency in German and English
- Bar admission not required
Aufgaben
- Advise on GDPR and German data protection law
- Implement an ethical AI compliance framework
- Oversee alignment with the EU AI Act
- Draft and negotiate DPAs, SCCs, and Joint Controller agreements
- Manage AML frameworks and fraud detection strategies
- Maintain anti-bribery policies and audit readiness
- Lead investigations into personal data breaches
- Handle complex Data Subject Access Requests
- Execute compliance risk assessments for partners and vendors
- Coordinate with supervisory authorities and the DPO
- Manage the Record of Processing Activities and regulatory reports
- Design advanced compliance training for stakeholders
- Mentor junior legal and compliance team members
