Selling AI-enhanced cloud platform solutions via phone and video conference. Full sales cycle experience in enterprise software sales required. Hybrid work, 4-day work week.
Anforderungen
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Track record in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales
- 1-3+ years full sales cycle experience in software/solution sales
- Experience selling enterprise solutions via telephone and video conference
- Thorough understanding of sales process and complex sales cycles
- Sales force automation, ERP, or IT infrastructure management technologies a plus
- Presentation skills via web-based tools advantageous
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent relationship building skills with customers, prospects, and colleagues
- Persistent and dependable with attendance, deliverables, and deadlines
- Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required
Aufgaben
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the phone
- Understand organizational business drivers, challenges, and pain points
- Map ServiceNow solutions to organizational needs
- Strategically prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Follow the Value Selling sales process to win new business
- Expand usage within existing customer base
- Ensure contract renewals
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and strategic account plans
- Work towards daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics
- Conduct new prospect meetings
- Generate pipeline
- Achieve ACV bookings and renewal rates
- Mentor team members
- Participate in collaborative projects to add value to the team
