- Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and diary management skills
- Resiliency and ability to handle objections
- Ability to deal with diverse client base
- Computer literacy and tech mindset
- Fluent German with business level English
Aufgaben
- Promote company services at client premises
- Assist merchants with verification and activation
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance
- Provide in-person support to existing customers
- Engage in scheduled and self-initiated activities
- Ensure new merchants complete registration
- Support existing merchants with active usage
- Open cases for issues beyond resolution scope
- Present product features and benefits
- Travel to meet clients and attend events
