Aufgaben
- Manage sales, revenue, and productivity for assigned categories
- Define and manage product assortment and brand strategy
- Oversee product lifecycle for both brick-and-mortar and e-Commerce
- Manage supplier relationships, including business meetings and follow-ups
- Collaborate on commercial, activation, and promotion plans
- Analyze market, supplier, and brand/product performance
- Monitor and review budget based on internal KPIs
- Provide sales and turnover reporting and analysis
- Plan and update floorplans for store openings and renovations
- Handle merchandising updates and orders, including localization
- Collaborate with supply chain, CRM, retail, finance, and digital teams
- Work with visual merchandising on gondola updates and brand activations
- Negotiate with EME teams and suppliers for brand investments
- Improve internal and centralized processes and tools
- Lead and mentor Junior Category Managers
