Anforderungen

• 10+ years experience in performance management, finance steering, strategy, transformation, or consulting, or deep experience in operations, purchasing, or sales
• Deep mastery of performance steering, KPI frameworks, financial planning, and transformation processes
• Strong coaching and influencing skills for senior stakeholders
• Independent operation with full ownership
• Experience collaborating with Top Management (incl. CEOs, CFOs) and Operational Leaders (e.g., Purchasing, Sales)
• Confident communication and strong executive presence

• Oversee and steer divisional Performance Days
• Professionalize divisional Performance Days
• Prepare and deliver high-impact reports for leadership
• Partner with divisions to secure target achievement
• Integrate divisional targets with Operating Plan and Rolling Forecast
• Lead structured, high-impact problem-solving in complex environments
• Drive root-cause identification
• Design practical solutions
• Coach stakeholders on performance and finance steering
• Define, design, and lead major transformation initiatives
• Ensure direction, alignment, and execution discipline for initiatives
• Manage junior team members
• Ensure quality of performance deliverables
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Drive alignment at senior levels
• Ensure excellent, decision-ready output
• Synthesize insights into clear leadership recommendations
• Drive global collaboration and alignment
