- 10+ years experience in performance management, finance steering, strategy, transformation, or consulting, or deep experience in operations, purchasing, or sales
- Deep mastery of performance steering, KPI frameworks, financial planning, and transformation processes
- Strong coaching and influencing skills for senior stakeholders
- Independent operation with full ownership
- Experience collaborating with Top Management (incl. CEOs, CFOs) and Operational Leaders (e.g., Purchasing, Sales)
- Confident communication and strong executive presence

- Drive strategic implementation of ZF's Performance Programs
- Oversee and steer divisional Performance Days
- Professionalize divisional Performance Days
- Prepare and deliver high-impact reports for leadership
- Partner with divisions to secure target achievement
- Integrate divisional targets with Operating Plan and Rolling Forecast
- Lead structured, high-impact problem-solving in complex environments
- Drive root-cause identification
- Design practical solutions
- Coach stakeholders on performance and finance steering
- Define, design, and lead major transformation initiatives
- Ensure direction, alignment, and execution discipline for initiatives
- Manage junior team members
- Ensure quality of performance deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Drive alignment at senior levels
- Ensure excellent, decision-ready output
- Synthesize insights into clear leadership recommendations
- Drive global collaboration and alignment
- Drive organizational improvement
