- •Several years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or similar leadership roles with focus on Chinese market
- •Understanding of Chinese business culture and experience with stakeholders in China
- •Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- •Fluent Chinese and English language skills, both verbal and written
- •Excellent communication and structured approach
- •High travel readiness and flexibility for international assignments
