In this role, you will manage complex consulting projects for top pharmaceutical companies, focusing on quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading teams, solving client challenges, and fostering strong relationships while driving business development initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• •4+ years of consulting experience
• •Strong Life Sciences background with interest in Quality value chain or R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Safety
• •Good understanding and interest in Life Sciences Quality
• •Good understanding of technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva’s platforms
• •Good understanding of digital technology in health and life sciences
• •Proven analytical skills
• •Problem-solving mindset
• •Demonstrated leadership in delivery of complex deliverables
• •Highly efficient project management skills
• •Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• •Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders
• •Effective communicator verbally and written in English
• •Ability to travel roughly up to 25%
• •Post-graduate-level qualification, Ph.D., MD, and/or MBA
• •Network in Top 20 Life Science companies
• •Experience with digital technologies
• •Experience working with SaaS solutions

Aufgaben

• •Lead Quality projects for Veeva's consulting team
• •Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of project delivery
• •Design, build, and deliver project deliverables
• •Identify and solve client problems proactively
• •Serve as a trusted contact for client inquiries
• •Manage team members' work and priorities
• •Support and mentor Consultants and Associates
• •Provide industry insights on Quality-specific challenges
• •Lead business development opportunities in the Quality value chain
• •Develop thought leadership and marketing campaigns for Veeva
