- Basic understanding of RAG or model integration
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging

Aufgaben
- Design and operate scalable backend services
- Build APIs for internal and external platforms
- Manage production systems from development to monitoring
- Integrate AI and LLM-based components into backends
- Harden successful prototypes for production use
- Collaborate with ML and Data teams on features
- Implement logging, metrics, and tracing standards
- Maintain secure, performant, and cost-aware systems
- Deploy services using cloud and containerized environments
- Partner with product and design teams on solutions
- Drive technical alignment and shared architecture standards
- Translate complex problems into concrete technical plans
- Lead system design and operational ownership
- Steer long-term platform and technical strategy
- Mentor engineers to raise overall technical standards
