- Experience with container platforms, monitoring tools, and scalable system design
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and access management
- Experience leading technical workstreams and defining engineering standards
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to different stakeholders
- Fluent in English

- Drive continuous improvement of the platform
