- Strong analytical skills, pronounced process affinity, high attention to detail
- Confident presence, strong assertiveness, conflict resolution ability
- Self-driven, structured, independent and collaborative work ability
- International mindset, strong intercultural communication skills, readiness for multinational environments
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; additional languages a plus
Aufgaben
- Conduct international SHE audits across global locations.
- Manage audit preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
- Assess SHE management systems, policies, and controls.
- Develop actions to mitigate risks.
- Develop actions to strengthen compliance.
- Develop actions to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous advancement of SHE standards.
- Lead projects on audit methodology.
- Lead projects on process optimization.
- Lead projects on risk management.
- Communicate clear audit results to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance during action implementation.
