Aufgaben
- Oversee and perform end-to-end risk-based audits
- Focus on continental European entities and markets
- Engage regularly with senior European stakeholders
- Serve on the Internal Audit Leadership team
- Lead audit scoping, testing, and reporting
- Present audit results to senior management
- Advise management on action plans and deadlines
- Oversee and perform audit remediation follow-ups
- Contribute to the annual audit plan
- Provide input for departmental risk assessments
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement in audit methodology
- Mentor and coach audit team members
- Drive and develop continuous monitoring initiatives
- Ensure adherence to global and local standards
- Travel to various European offices as required
