Aufgaben
- Develop local policies and procedures aligned with Group Policies and Standards
- Embed the Risk and Compliance Framework across operations and relevant third-party operations
- Monitor the Regulatory Horizon and industry news to provide proactive advice
- Design and execute a risk-based compliance monitoring program for internal and external channels
- Enhance and embed the Internal Controls System
- Conduct 1-2-1s to support the development of direct reports
- Prepare compliance reports with clarity and substance tailored to recipient needs
- Track, manage, and report on actions from compliance monitoring reviews in a timely manner
- Design and deliver adapted Group Compliance training for relevant staff
- Advise DGIEU and its branches on compliance issues and regulatory developments
- Compile regulatory reports in accordance with Group reporting procedures
- Assist with regulatory visits and information requests from regulators
- Review and sign off on contracts, training materials, terms and conditions, and marketing materials
