- University studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
- Several years of experience in digital ASIC development, including top-level integration
- Strong expertise in ATPG, test methodologies, and coverage analysis
- Hands-on experience with ATPG tools and flows
- Experience in failure analysis using pattern and silicon data
- Proven experience as Digital Lead in project environments
- Experience in coordinating external development partners and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of digital verification and interface validation
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Tcl, or shell)
- Experience in methodology and flow development in digital and ATPG domains
- Structured, responsible, and goal-oriented approach to tasks
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- German language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Take technical responsibility for digital ASIC design scope
- Coordinate specification, development, and integration across stakeholders
- Align requirements and structure execution
- Drive key technical decisions for robust digital implementation
- Act as central coordination point for digital design activities
- Contribute hands-on to implementation
- Derive, consolidate, and implement digital design concept
- Ensure DFT and ATPG aspects are integrated into the design
- Plan and align DFT/ATPG activities
- Ensure achievement of defined DFT/ATPG coverage targets
- Take project-spanning responsibility for ATPG/DFT flow
- Ensure stable operation of ATPG/DFT flow
- Drive continuous improvement of ATPG/DFT flow
- Ensure consistent application of ATPG/DFT flow across projects
- Analyze test patterns, silicon data, and defect signatures
- Identify root causes of issues
- Drive targeted improvements in design, test quality, and methodologies
- Develop automation solutions
- Integrate new tools and methods for efficiency and standardization
