Anforderungen
- University studies in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or comparable
- Several years of proven experience in analog/mixed-signal ASIC design for automotive/industrial applications
- Strong expertise in design/verification of analog building blocks (LDOs, Buck/Boost Converters, Gate Driver Circuits, Valve Drivers, Current/Voltage References, Protection/Monitoring Circuits)
- Profound understanding of semiconductor devices, analog IC design, and system interactions
- Extensive experience with Cadence Virtuoso and analog/mixed-signal design flows
- Strong laboratory characterization, debugging, and failure analysis skills
- Experience in behavioral modeling (Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, or comparable)
- Good understanding of ESD, EMC, reliability, and automotive quality requirements
- Experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and automotive development processes is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of electrified and automated driving applications is beneficial
- Effective teamwork and clear communication of technical concepts
- Ownership and independent driving of critical developments
- Structured, results-oriented, and proactive working style
- Precise analysis and effective solution implementation for complex problems
- Business fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for automotive ASICs
- Own the complete development flow from specification to product release
- Analyze and optimize analog architectures for performance, robustness, quality, cost, and manufacturability
- Provide technical leadership for critical circuit blocks
- Contribute to system and product architecture decisions
- Collaborate with layout, verification, test, product engineering, and application teams
- Ensure first-pass silicon success
- Support ASIC qualification and problem-solving throughout the product lifecycle
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate design risks
- Technically coach junior engineers
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practice development
- Collaborate with international development teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to innovation activities and methodology improvements
- Shape future automotive semiconductor technologies
