- Experience in project leadership and mentoring more junior colleagues under uncertainty and ambiguity
- Proficient in explaining details, benefits and impact of the projects to diverse audiences
- Experience in Advertising/Ecommerce and background in Economics are considered a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop effective solutions for real-time recommendations
- Lead AI research projects from start to finish
- Guide junior colleagues in delivering impactful science-based systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business context
- Customize scalable solutions and support implementation
- Create long-term scientific roadmaps for ad recommendation challenges
- Model customer behavior and conduct multi-objective modeling
- Design and implement machine learning approaches
- Measure solutions against success criteria, including customer feedback
- Research, deploy, and architect machine learning and deep learning solutions
- Define vision and roadmap for content optimization
- Balance research and delivery in product roadmaps
- Foster an inclusive and diverse team environment
