- Enhance cascaded translation pipelines from segmentation to incremental decoding
- Develop real-time TTS models with natural prosody and fast inference
- Build and experiment with end-to-end and LLM-based speech-to-speech translation systems
- Manage the full lifecycle of model delivery from prototyping to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into real-time systems
- Improve inference efficiency and model serving for voice user experience
- Establish practices for evaluation, reproducibility, and continuous model improvement
- Mentor researchers and engineers to promote collaboration and model quality
