Anforderungen

  • 5+ years data engineering, analytics engineering, data platform ownership, or technical leadership
  • Experience leading or mentoring small engineering/analytics teams
  • Strong SQL skills and ELT pipeline/data model design/maintenance
  • Experience with modern data platforms/warehouses (Databricks)
  • Hands-on experience with source integrations, orchestration, data quality
  • Experience building dashboards, analytics outputs, data solutions for stakeholders
  • Strong product/platform mindset, prioritizing impact and stakeholder value
  • Strong communication skills, explaining technical concepts clearly
  • English fluency

Aufgaben

  • Lead the evolution of the internal data and analytics platform
  • Define and build the organization's data usage foundation
  • Own data quality standards, metric definitions, and data contracts
  • Guide and coordinate a small data engineering team
  • Provide technical guidance and test data integration
  • Design and contribute to ELT pipelines and data models
  • Drive the Databricks migration technically and product-wise
  • Own the platform roadmap and OKRs with senior leadership
  • Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements
  • Translate business needs into platform improvements and analytics
  • Establish a clear intake and prioritization process
  • Drive platform adoption through documentation and demos
  • Enable platform usage through training activities
