- Build agentic systems and full-stack prototypes end-to-end, shipping first versions in days and learning from real use
- Track the frontier (new models, agent patterns, protocols like MCP) and turn promising ones into working prototypes
- Design experiments to measure concept performance (quality, latency, cost, user impact)
- Collaborate with users, product managers, and customers to validate concepts and iterate quickly
- Turn validated prototypes into reference implementations and write-ups for product teams
- Hand off prototypes cleanly and move to the next bet
- Provide concrete feedback to product and platform teams on AI capabilities
- Move between initiatives as priorities shift
- Apply learnings from one initiative to the next
