Aufgaben
- Process and record incoming invoices in SAP S/4HANA
- Manage supplier master data in coordination with procurement
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of bank transactions
- Resolve discrepancies in the accounts payable ledger
- Collaborate with procurement and receiving on discrepancies
- Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings
- Review and post accounts payable invoices in fixed asset accounting
- Execute and monitor payment runs in SAP
- Monitor and resolve open accounts payable items
- Review and process credit card statements according to internal guidelines
- Develop and standardize the invoice processing workflow
- Participate in process improvements and ensure compliance
