Senior Account Manager(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

  • Strong interest in digital products, innovation, and business strategy
  • Agency account management experience at a leading digital agency or similar organisation
  • Demonstrable experience working across diverse digital projects, including experience design (UX/UI), iterative design sprints, and web development
  • Some experience and interest collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch consumer-facing programs
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications
  • Experience with global luxury and automotive brands preferred
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle
  • Successful track record of building exceptional client relationships
  • Comfort and understanding of standard web development project terminology and processes
  • Strong presentation skills such as written, visual, and verbal
  • Ability to structure strategic ideas into well-ordered and insightful keynote presentations
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and frameworks is highly desirable
  • Good judgement: provide guidance and analyse situations under pressure
  • Commercial acumen: consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Business-level fluency in both German and English

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes for client accounts
  • Achieve profitability and revenue targets with accurate forecasting
  • Create detailed month-by-month resource forecasts
  • Produce professional-quality written documentation
  • Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables
  • Guide the team in developing a digital product vision and roadmap
