Anforderungen

  • Proven experience in FX sales, dealing, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of FX products and international payments
  • Ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and currency risk management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused mindset with consultative approach
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proactive, results-driven team player with strong ownership sense
  • Flexibility, creativity, strategic and analytical mindset
  • Very good communication skills and business acumen
  • Love of selling and initial experience with B2B customers
  • Ability to convert non-active customers into active ones
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English
  • Bachelors or university degree and strong interest in financial sector and FX market
  • Living in or willing to travel to Düsseldorf

Aufgaben

  • Advise clients on market developments and opportunities
  • Serve as a foreign exchange informant
  • Negotiate and build executive-level relationships
  • Develop sales strategy based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Transfer passion and motivation to the team and clients
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Execute FX transactions (spot, forward, hedging solutions)
  • Proactively manage and grow client portfolio
  • Build long-term, strategic client relationships
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Provide market insights and FX guidance
  • Analyze clients’ FX exposure and risk management
  • Propose tailored hedging solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Dealing, and Operations teams
  • Deliver seamless client service
  • Maximize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor market movements
  • Identify relevant trading opportunities
  • Drive client adoption of the platform
  • Ensure clients leverage all available features
  • Contribute to client retention
  • Minimize client churn
  • Enhance overall client experience
  • Gather and provide client feedback
  • Contribute to product and service improvements
  • Initiate and implement proactive reactivation strategies
  • Cross-sell and up-sell FX products and services
