Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in management or supervision of cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in similar industry or field
  • Knowledge of rubber/elastomer technology or pharmaceutical/medical device industry
  • Ability to synergize and drive collaboration between cross-functional team members
  • Ability to execute sales growth strategy
  • Driven by passion for customers to make a difference
  • Change management experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Disciplined and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Resourceful and able to influence and navigate effectively in a matrix environment

Aufgaben

  • Achieve financial and operational objectives for West business
  • Partner with Sales Director and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute local business strategies and tactics
  • Create business plans aligned with organizational strategy
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new accounts
  • Understand and address customer needs and feedback
  • Build and leverage relationships with key customers
  • Lead execution of tailored key account plans
  • Implement market strategy for West products and solutions
  • Participate in and drive external events and meetings
  • Manage local sales processes and CRM system
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and proper use of Key Account Management tools
  • Maintain accuracy of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Optimize account value with cross-functional and cross-regional resources
  • Implement pricing strategies for customer segments
  • Ensure clients and distributors comply with contractual obligations
  • Perform other relevant duties and projects as assigned
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies, and safety rules
