Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- •Deep understanding of the French business environment and market dynamics
- •Proven track record in customer acquisition, strategic relationship management, and revenue generation
- •Strong expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools
- •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, structured, and results-driven working style
- •Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
- •Genuine interest in eMobility, sustainability, and innovation
- •French and English are required

- •Take ownership of the French & BENELUX markets
- •Drive strategic sales growth in the region
- •Identify, qualify, and close high-value business opportunities
- •Target CPOs, EMPs, automotive, and EVSE OEMs
- •Manage and expand key accounts
- •Foster long-term partnerships for sustainable revenue growth
- •Develop and execute territory and account strategies
- •Align strategies with Hubject’s commercial objectives
- •Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and lead generation
- •Analyze market trends and customer needs
- •Position Hubject’s solutions effectively
- •Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
- •Provide pipeline analyses to senior management
- •Represent Hubject at industry events and conferences
- •Strengthen brand presence and build strategic relationships
