- Excellent organizational skills, resilience, and motivation to take on new challenges
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Intercultural competence and openness to working in an international environment
Aufgaben
- Manage operational logistics processes
- Calculate freight costs
- Handle service inquiries and pricing requests
- Prepare quotations for complex project shipments
- Plan and coordinate international shipments
- Focus on intermodal transport and ocean freight
- Manage heavy lift and oversized cargo movements
- Coordinate FCL container shipments
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Negotiate with shipping lines and agents
- Support relationships with domestic and international clients
- Contribute to business development and client acquisition
- Collaborate with internal departments for project execution
- Assist with invoice preparation and shipment tracking
- Report on key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards
- Participate in trainings and safety briefings
- Report risks and incidents
Ausbildung
