Aufgaben
- Process project and general cargo inquiries
- Handle tender requests, including ITB, RFI, and RFQ
- Plan tenders and develop strategies with sales and project teams
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
- Support sales and project teams during bid presentations and negotiations
- Prepare RFI/RFQ for subcontractor services based on project specifications
- Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors
- Assist in subcontractor management across divisions
- Review contract terms and conditions and manage administrative tasks
- Identify and assess risks affecting project participants
- Propose measures to mitigate identified risks
- Negotiate with subcontractors to optimize the buying process
- Support other branches in planning and implementing tenders and inquiries
