- Experience in global, multi-country SAP landscapes
- Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., CRM platforms)
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Clear communication across stakeholder groups
- Confidence taking ownership in dynamic environments
- Fluent English
- Comfortable in international, cross-functional setup
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP Order-to-Cash AMS
- Ensure stable operations and transparent coordination
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively
- Own end-to-end incident and service request resolution
- Monitor 2nd-level support activities and escalations
- Conduct initial problem analyses
- Moderate structured troubleshooting
- Support sustainable solution design
- Collaborate with internal IT teams
- Steer and coordinate external AMS service providers
- Challenge service providers to meet high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with global process standards
- Adhere to SAP template requirements
- Bridge support and project organizations
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge management
