- Strong expertise in SAP PP/PP-PI (must), SAP WM/EWM (preferred), SAP QM, or SAP MM

- English fluency

- Own the global SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain
- Manage Production Planning (PP / PP-PI)
- Manage Quality Management (QM)
- Manage Materials Management (MM)
- Manage Logistics and Warehouse Management (WM / EWM)
- Drive harmonization and standardization of Plan-to-Deliver processes
- Serve as the single point of accountability for the domain
- Lead and own the S/4HANA Manufacturing & Supply Chain stream
- Define future system architecture
- Define the planning landscape (e.g., APO replacement)
- Define MRP Live and advanced planning capabilities
- Define Shopfloor Integrations
- Ensure alignment with global template and enterprise architecture
- Drive transition from legacy to S/4HANA architecture
- Lead a global, distributed SAP expert team
- Provide direction, coaching, and structure to team leads and consultants
- Evolve the organization towards a global functional model
- Build S/4HANA and future innovation capabilities
- Act as trusted advisor to global leadership
- Translate business strategy into scalable, standardized SAP solutions
- Challenge and improve legacy processes, driving process excellence and simplification
