- Solid background in vendor governance
- Solid background in contract management
- Solid background in international stakeholder management
- Ongoing professional development in HR technology advantageous
- Ongoing professional development in payroll compliance advantageous
- Ongoing professional development in program management advantageous
- Fluent in English
- German language skills advantageous

- Ensure stable, compliant Payroll and Time Management solutions
- Provide hands-on operational leadership
- Optimize systems and implement improvements
- Align governance with the global HR roadmap
- Lead and coach a distributed expert team
- Ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer
- Support problem-solving and key topics
- Translate the roadmap into executable solutions
- Engage in solution design, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with vendors on operational topics
- Resolve issues and support continuous improvements
- Troubleshoot and adjust system configurations
