Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted advisor
- Provide BDC expertise to executives and business lines
- Position BDC as the cloud platform of choice
- Accelerate value delivery through rapid solution adoption and consumption
- Build deep executive relationships
- Earn trusted advisor status with customers
- Identify new opportunities for SAP solutions
- Mitigate churn and manage SAP solution renewals
- Manage customer crises and de-escalate situations
- Identify sales leads
- Support sales in expansion and upsell efforts
- Drive renewals for subscription or perpetual license solutions
- Drive expansions for subscription or perpetual license solutions
- Drive up-sells for subscription or perpetual license solutions
