- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Business fluent German skills and good/very good English skills
- Full, Clean driving licence
- Bachelor’s or Advanced university degree, previous cardiac surgery/cardiovascular sales experience or similar, experience working within hospitals sales and experience in theatre
Aufgaben
- Achieve sales targets for the Thüringen & Middle East Territory
- Increase market share in Surgical Valve Replacement and Atrial Fibrillation products
- Build strong ethical relationships with customers
- Lead sales activities with multiple stakeholders
- Identify and contact sales prospects and assigned accounts
- Support and advise Surgeons and theatre personnel in the Theatre environment
- Present and sell products and services to clients
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Collaborate with local marketing to meet national marketing objectives
- Develop and execute account strategies using Account Planning tools
