- Drive revenue and margin for assigned accounts
- Monitor real-time business issues
- Interpret data and suggest action plans
- Manage demand planning and inventory
- Execute purchase orders
- Analyze POS and trends
- Manage trade spend
- Monitor business trends and operational performance
- Communicate business issues to cross-functional teams
- Communicate with direct account contacts
- Understand and meet customer-specific needs
- Provide timely communication to accounts and company
- Generate weekly business reports
- Identify call-to-action items and highlights
- Track sales performance to promotional expectations
- Formulate future shipment plans
- Work with customer demand planning teams
- Collaborate with sales director and sales analyst
- Input forecast into SFO
- Update Data Governance with new price lists
- Conduct weekly meetings with customer replenishment teams
- Review recent results and confirm changes
- Coordinate domestic and import orders with supply chain
- Partner with Account Manager on trade spend management
- Input confirmed promotional plans into forecasting system
- Build customer presentations and business reviews
- Generate weekly flash reports and monthly consensus decks
- Develop knowledge of kitchen and floor care business
- Provide monthly financial updates
- Conduct deep dive analysis on operational/sales metrics
- Perform ad hoc analysis for actionable insights
- Find creative solutions to business challenges
