- •Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- •4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related positions
- •Solid knowledge and professional experience in the Gaming industry
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- •Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- •Results-driven with ability to work independently
- •Continuous improvement mindset with ability to drive process optimization
- •Knowledge of and/or experience using Clay automations

- •Create account prioritization and scoring frameworks
- •Design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns
- •Ensure operational readiness for campaigns at all times
- •Build advanced dashboards and performance reports for Sales Operations
- •Set and track KPIs for sales performance
- •Own sales forecasting and pipeline management
- •Share insights and present revenue reports to management weekly
- •Act as an internal expert on gaming market shifts
- •Produce predictive analytics and trend reports for the gaming industry
- •Identify and implement automations for efficiency and scalability
- •Audit existing lead generation processes and CRM data
- •Deliver weekly insights reports to Business Development teams
- •Launch optimized LinkedIn, email, and Clay sequences
- •Implement dashboards for Sales Operations
- •Produce competitor and game-title tracking systems
- •Launch the market intelligence platform
- •Deliver monthly industry Outlook presentations for leadership
- •Contribute to measurable pipeline growth through demand generation
