Anforderungen
- •Academic degree in Life Sciences with experience in genomics research or clinical laboratory work
- •Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communication is a plus
- •Professional experience in the Life Sciences industry
- •Several years of customer service or sales experience
- •Experience working in multicultural and global environments
- •Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ACT, Goldmine)
- •Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and cross-functional departments
- •Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and manage client needs
- •Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- •Clear and accurate communication, both verbally and in writing
- •Demonstrates fairness, integrity, and confidentiality
- •Aligns priorities with customer needs and expectations
- •Willingness to travel and attend virtual meetings across time zones
- •Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

- •Support the Sales Operations Team
- •Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for lead generation
- •Manage customer lead data in Salesforce
- •Handle daily pricing requests
- •Coordinate and complete RFPs
- •Gather information for proposals
- •Create and submit proposals
- •Prepare sales presentations
- •Maintain reporting tools like spreadsheets and graphs
- •Analyze potential and existing clients
- •Maintain proposal content and Q&A databases
- •Review proposal databases with SMEs and internal teams
- •Provide accurate proposal information to sales teams
- •Maintain sales pipeline and forecast data
- •Oversee client databases and contract management
- •Manage multiple client projects with high-quality service
- •Organize sales meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- •Evaluate processes and recommend improvements
- •Ensure proposals meet quality standards and deadlines
