- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage complex capital equipment sales
- Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Target C&D, MSW, and specialty waste markets
- Advise customers on shredding technology
- Recommend system concepts for demanding material streams
- Collaborate with engineering and applications teams
- Develop system designs, proposals, and technical quotations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships
- Engage with key stakeholders and end users
- Represent UNTHA at industry events and trade shows
- Attend customer meetings in the Western U.S.
- Manage sales opportunities through the full cycle
