- •3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- •Strong skills in pipeline management, negotiation, and closing
- •Proactive and results-driven
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH and EU region

- •Lead and support RFP/RFI processes with professionalism
- •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
- •Represent Blacklane at industry events and networking forums
- •Capture and share market insights and client feedback to refine sales strategy
