- •5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B or enterprise SaaS role
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Self-motivation and autonomy
- •Problem-solving skills
- •High integrity
- •Experience engaging senior stakeholders
- •Adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Knowledge of trading operations or back-office processes
- •Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
