New business development for powder metal components, leading RFQ processes with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. 5+ years business development experience in automotive Tier 1 suppliers, powder metal components experience required. Company car, 30 days vacation.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in automotive Tier 1 supplier
- Experience in powder metal components
- Strong understanding of sales principles and excellent customer experience
- Fluency in English and preferred fluency in German
- Strong skills in marketing, business development, project management, negotiation, time management, and prioritization
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
- Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to frequent travel (~50%)
Aufgaben
- Drive new business and customer development in Europe
- Negotiate with key decision-makers at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Build lasting partnerships with customers
- Lead cross-functional teams through RFQ and project launch phases
- Ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations for sustainable relationships
- Deliver projects according to contractual, quality, and timeline commitments
- Utilize project management and reporting tools as per workflows
- Support adherence to quality, process, and brand standards
- Assist with customer audits and quality-related topics
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activities
