Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of business development experience in automotive Tier 1 supplier
- •Experience in powder metal components
- •Strong understanding of sales principles and excellent customer experience
- •Fluency in English and preferred fluency in German
- •Strong skills in marketing, business development, project management, negotiation, time management, and prioritization
- •Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
- •Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
- •Willingness to frequent travel (~50%)

- •Support adherence to quality, process, and brand standards
- •Assist with customer audits and quality-related topics
- •Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activities
