- •Degree in Technology, Business, or similar
- •2+ years experience in Wiring Harness
- •Sales experience with German OEMs preferred
- •Self-motivation and target/result orientation
- •Understanding of customer quotation logic
- •Finance knowledge
- •Good communication and negotiation skills
- •Fluent German and English skills

- •Serve as the primary commercial contact for German OEMs
- •Lead RFQs from initial request to final quotation submission
- •Coordinate input across engineering, costing, manufacturing, and logistics
- •Manage commercial aspects of engineering changes
- •Track customer communications, quotations, and approval implementations
- •Negotiate long-term agreements and annual price reviews
- •Manage raw material indexation with the customer
- •Identify and communicate market intelligence and growth opportunities
- •Visit customers regularly to maintain strong relationships
- •Drive growth strategies to increase market share and profitability
