Sales Manager, Data Center(m/w/x)
Selling Data Center infrastructure solutions to Multi-Tenant Data Center operators and consultants at a global communication infrastructure provider. 7+ years sales experience in technology/ICT, with proven Data Center solution sales success required. Collaboration with regional field sales and global Data Center teams.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology or ICT industry
- Proven success in selling Data Center or building infrastructure solutions to large enterprise or operator customers
- Strong understanding of the Data Center ecosystem, industry trends, and buying behaviors
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a record of winning new business and expanding existing customer accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and German (Polish language is a plus)
- Availability to travel 20% of the time
Aufgaben
- Drive Data Center infrastructure growth in North Germany
- Execute the in-country sales strategy
- Collaborate with regional field sales and system engineers
- Work with global Data Center teams to deliver solutions
- Engage with Multi-Tenant Data Center operators and consultants
- Shape the sales strategy aligned with regional leadership goals
- Identify and engage key multi-tenant Data Center operators
- Build trusted relationships with Cloud and Enterprise DC clients
- Lead high-impact pursuits for major enterprise Data Center opportunities
- Secure new business and expand existing accounts
- Maintain connectivity across the Data Center ecosystem
- Participate in industry events and conferences
- Collaborate with global Data Center and market management teams
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using Dynamics 365
- Ensure data integrity and transparency in reporting
