- •Proven track record in leading industrial capital equipment sales teams
- •At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in international or multi-country environments
- •In-depth understanding of the EMEA corrugated market and established network of industry contacts
- •Strong technical aptitude and experience in solution-based sales
- •Demonstrated success in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- •Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- •Solid history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
- •Fluency in English; additional European languages, especially German, are a plus
- •Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 50 – 60 %)
