  • Build a high-performing charging network
  • Accelerate site launches and optimize performance

  • Expand the network of regional partners and distributors
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • Act as lead for selected accounts in the region
  • Develop a portfolio of regional accounts for the team
  • Identify and facilitate cross-regional opportunities
  • Collaborate with the central Key Accounts team for growth
  • Identify optimal locations for leasing or acquiring land
  • Own site performance, including utilization rates and revenue growth
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through internal team collaboration
  • Implement commercial best practices for revenue growth
  • Utilize data analytics to identify inefficiencies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with external parties
  • Consult regularly with customers and partners
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance
  • Set clear performance expectations and sales targets
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to the team
  • Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs
