- •0–2 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or prospecting roles
- •Background in SaaS or B2B environments as a plus
- •Exposure to Zoominfo, Salessoft, Salesloft, Hubspot or similar tools
- •Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
- •Strong desire to succeed in a sales career
- •Ability to learn new tools and industry knowledge quickly
- •Motivation by targets and hard work
- •Task prioritization and effective time management
- •Teamwork skills and personal goal ownership
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
