Anforderungen
- 0-2 years experience (internships welcome)
- Fluent German and professional English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, structured, performance-driven mindset
- Interest in B2B SaaS and complex environments
- Exposure to MarTech (DXP/CMS, PIM, CDP, marketing automation/CEP)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Cognism, Lemlist
Aufgaben
- Generate and qualify pipeline for Ibexa's portfolio in the German market
- Engage upper mid-market and enterprise prospects with Account Executives and partners
- Secure qualified meetings with prospects
- Run outbound and inbound prospecting for the DACH region
- Generate qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Build target account lists
- Map stakeholders within target accounts
- Perform multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
- Qualify opportunities across the portfolio (DXP, PIM, CDP, CEP/automation, interactive data collection)
- Conduct structured discovery conversations
- Understand business context, challenges, and initiatives
- Document insights clearly in the CRM
- Collaborate with partners on co-propection initiatives
- Follow up on partner initiatives (webinars, events, campaigns)
- Maintain sequencing standards
- Track activities
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Adhere to processes
