Sales and Alliance Manager Western Europe(m/w/x)
Building and strengthening distributor relationships for established pharmaceutical brands. 5+ years sales or alliance management experience in pharma/life sciences required. Work from EU country for 2 months/year, 30 days holiday.
Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline
- 5+ years experience in sales, business development or alliance management within pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, distribution structures, market access approaches, regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships, contract negotiations, driving sustainable revenue growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic, results-oriented approach
- Strong intercultural skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in German and another major European language (e.g. Italian or Swedish) (advantage)
- Persuasive, resilient professional
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within the Americas (required)
