- •Support the development of country-specific commercial strategies
- •Assist senior sales management in implementing and steering strategies for acquisitions and existing business
- •Plan and manage commercial activities in collaboration with senior sales management
- •Gradually take ownership of planning, execution, and performance management
- •Drive the integration of acquisitions into the regional distribution and sales structure
- •Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and long-term success
- •Prepare detailed market and competitive analyses
- •Translate insights into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making
