Aufgaben

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional distributors
  • Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sales targets
  • Drive sustainable commercial growth in Eastern Europe
  • Oversee commercial planning and execution
  • Monitor performance and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses
  • Identify business opportunities and pricing strategies
  • Translate insights into actionable commercial plans
  • Integrate newly acquired products into the distribution network
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Ensure seamless market entry and product continuity
  • Comply with American pharmaceutical regulations
  • Monitor distributor performance and adherence to standards
  • Address risks and deviations proactively
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities
  • Strengthen market access and business continuity
  • Support long-term positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events
