Aufgaben
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional distributors
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sales targets
- Drive sustainable commercial growth in Eastern Europe
- Oversee commercial planning and execution
- Monitor performance and ensure target achievement
- Conduct market and competitive analyses
- Identify business opportunities and pricing strategies
- Translate insights into actionable commercial plans
- Integrate newly acquired products into the distribution network
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Ensure seamless market entry and product continuity
- Comply with American pharmaceutical regulations
- Monitor distributor performance and adherence to standards
- Address risks and deviations proactively
- Engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities
- Strengthen market access and business continuity
- Support long-term positioning
- Represent the company at industry events
- Strengthen brand visibility
- Foster new business opportunities
