In this role, you will manage assembly orders and coordinate with subcontractors and technicians. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing material orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations through effective communication.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
• •High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as independent work
• •High service orientation and economic thinking and acting
• •Proficient use of MS Office, Pharus, and willingness to learn new systems

Aufgaben

• •Plan and oversee assembly orders, especially small projects across Germany
• •Assign subcontractors, service technicians, and system technicians for assembly tasks, pre-services, and on-site inspections
• •Order materials and track material returns
• •Serve as a point of contact for service technicians regarding inquiries or clarifications
• •Report process disruptions and issues to the appropriate support team
• •Respond to customer inquiries as part of second-level communication
• •Handle damage cases and assist with inventory management
