In this role, you will lead the governance and execution of global Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives, focusing on digitalization and ensuring alignment between business and IT. Your daily responsibilities will include managing projects, engaging stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, or related field
• •PMP/Prince2 and Agile (Scrum/SAFe) certifications preferred
• •Proven experience in PMO or program management for IT/digital transformation projects
• •Exposure to global S2P/ERP transformations and procurement processes
• •Strong planning and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• •Familiarity with S2P suites, procurement technology, workflow automation, ERP integration is an advantage
• •Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and change management
• •Fluency in English; any other language is an advantage
• •Ability to structure, govern, and influence at executive level
• •Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively

Aufgaben

• •Establish and manage the governance framework for global Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives
• •Drive the implementation of the End-to-End S2P process with a focus on digitalization projects
• •Ensure alignment between business and IT for project outcomes
• •Deliver projects on time and within budget while engaging stakeholders
• •Support the implementation of a sustainable End-to-End S2P process
• •Identify opportunities, risks, and focus areas within the S2P process
• •Set up and run governance models, including SteerCo and workstreams
• •Track benefits and manage change control processes
• •Define scope, timelines, and resources for S2P optimization and digitization projects
• •Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver within budget and deadlines
• •Develop and manage communication plans in alignment with enabling functions
• •Conduct meetings and create communication materials for senior stakeholders
• •Provide transparent reporting on financials, progress, and benefits
• •Track savings, compliance, and productivity improvements
• •Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning as needed
• •Document lessons learned during the project lifecycle
